We start by getting a thorough understanding of your needs. Not just the big things like price, product specification, and quality of manufacture, but all the things that are just as critical but harder to convey to suppliers: everything from your expectations of service delivery to your expectations of your product.
Every project, every customer and every set of requirements is different. So, our first job is to get to grips with your business and your requirements in detail...
Service request form
We need to know everything there is to know about your product, its production and its market. So we’ll run through our service request form with you to determine your needs in detail, including:
Type of material
Shape
Dimensions
Colour
Packaging requirements
Branding / own label
Certifications /standards required if necessary
Tell us everything!
There’s more to it than the facts and figures…
We want to know what you want to achieve by sourcing overseas… Where do you want to go with your product? How big can your brand get? What are your hopes and dreams for this time next year, or in five or ten years?
It all helps. It all feeds into our understanding of what and who you need to work with. Then, once we’ve talked over your specific global sourcing requirements and collated all that information, we can really get to work.
And this is the best bit – once you’ve given us the background to your product and talked us through your expectations, we take care of everything else.
How we find your fit-for-purpose factory
The more information you give us, the quicker we’ll be able to identify the right region and the right range of factories for you. We may even be able to narrow it down to one or two factories who, we know, fit the bill.
Once we’ve done that we’ll tell you everything you need to know. We can tell you about their competencies and give you examples of work that we’ve negotiated with them before
Global offering, local contact
The whole process is managed by one of our sales coordinators, who’ll be your sole point of contact throughout the entire process. All our coordinators are based in the UK, and they’re always easy to talk to. So if you ever have any questions, you just need to ask…
